Pittsburgh native Kevin Hagan moved to Southwest Florida with his family in 1975, when Kevin was in seventh grade. He attended Brookside Junior High and Riverview High School. In 1986, Kevin graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He married his wife, Em, a week later and began his banking career in 1987.
Representing financial institutions in Charlotte, Lee and Sarasota counties, Kevin has served as Commercial Real Estate Lender, Corporate Lender, Retail Manager, Vice President, and Senior Vice President. He also has experience in branch administration and business development.
In addition, Kevin served as COO of a Venice construction firm and was an owner/partner of a successful medical equipment company. He became president of Englewood Bank & Trust in 2017.
An active leader in his community for many years, Hagan is a member of the board of directors of Bay Village of Sarasota County and serves on the Finance Committee of Children First, an early childhood and family-strengthening program within economically vulnerable communities. A familiar figure in financial and community circles in Sarasota, Fla., Christine joined the Crews Banking family in 2019 as a vice president and relationship manager heading up the Crews Bank & Trust’s Sarasota office. She now serves as vice president of retail banking for Crews Bank & Trust and Englewood Bank & Trust. Christine began her banking career in 1998. She has experience in retail banking, treasury management and residential lending. As a sales manager and loan officer, she has used her skills to guide, manage and influence successful sales operations, identify and mitigate risk, empower management teams, manage strategic visions, deliver product enhancement and build strong client relationships in both the corporate and community banking environments.
Christine immersed herself in Sarasota’s business and nonprofit communities. She has been involved with Boys and Girls Clubs of Sarasota County since 2002, serving as board chair, vice chair, treasurer and secretary. She is also a founding board member secretary of the Sarasota Athletic Association, a nonprofit focused on creating and managing athletic events to raise funds for local charities, and she spent two years on the board of the Ave Maria School for Special Needs Children.

Bryan started his career in 1980 employed by a public accounting firm located in West Virginia and working within the audit department. Part of his responsibilities included full scope audits over financial institutions, specializing in SEC work, creating Bank Holding Companies and preparing corporate income tax returns. He joined Charlotte State Bank & Trust in September of 2005 as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President.
Since joining Charlotte State Bank & Trust, Bryan has been named the Chief Financial Officer over Englewood Bank & Trust and Director of Accounting over Crews Bank & Trust. His responsibilities include management and oversight of accounting processes, preparation of financial statements and preparation of the annual operating budgets for Charlotte State Bank & Trust and Englewood Bank & Trust.
Bryan graduated from West Virginia University in 1980, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant as well as a licensed Chartered Global Management Accountant. He is a member of the AICPA ( American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), West Virginia Board of Accountancy and West Virginia Society of CPAs. He has served as the Treasurer for the “Relay for Life” and served on various school committees. He currently serves as Treasurer on a local HOA (Homeowners Association).

With over three decades of banking experience, Kevin is familiar with all aspects of commercial lending, specializing in owner-occupied and investor real estate lending. Prior to joining Englewood Bank & Trust in 2015, he served as Senior Vice President or Vice President and three other Sarasota area financial institutions, concentrating on commercial banking and wealth management.
Kevin, who earned a bachelor's degree in accounting at the University of New Haven in Connecticut, was with Englewood Bank & Trust less than a year when he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Lender. He provides his clients, ranging from small business owners to real estate investors, with expert consultation, tailoring a financing program suited to needs.
Kevin also shares his knowledge and expertise with the community. He chairs the Economic Development, Government Issues and Transportation Committee of the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce, and he is affiliated with the Venice and Englewood Area Board of Realtors. A Pittsburgh native, Len moved to Florida in 1985 and spent time at a trio of Sarasota County banks before joining Englewood Bank & Trust as Vice President of Commercial Lending in 2013. In 2017, he expanded his role to the Englewood Bank & Trust Venice office.
A Venice resident for decades, Len specializes in commercial real estate and small business loans via conventional and Small Business Administration (SBA) structuring. He has extensive knowledge about servicing the medical sector by providing long-term commercial real estate solutions and equipment lending.
Len earned a bachelor’s degree in finance at Troy University in Alabama, completed the Florida Banking Association’s School of Banking at the University of Florida, and is in the process of obtaining the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
Len graduated from the Leadership Englewood program, presented by the Englewood Florida Chamber of Commerce, with the class of 2016, and the Leadership Venice program, presented by the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce, class of 2019.

Debra Shields

Born and raised in Highland Mills, N.Y., where she graduated from Monroe Woodbury High School in 1988, Debra moved to Florida in 1991. She attended the University of South Florida as a biology major for a time before entering the banking industry in 2004.
She spent a half-dozen years as an investment banker, dealing primarily with annuities and mutual funds, then moved into business banking and growing business in Clearwater. She was named BankUnited Rookie of the Year for sales achievement and earned membership in AmSouth Bank’s Million Dollar Club (Annuity Sales).
Debra joined Englewood Bank & Trust as a Commercial Lender in 2016 and quickly became a Vice President. She is a member of the local CCIM chapter, Christian Chamber of Commerce, and Business Networking International (BNI), where she holds a leadership position.
A community leader, Debra engages in fundraising activities for Eckerd Connectors (Foster Children Charity). She also volunteers with the Homeless Empowerment Project in Clearwater and Food Rescue US of Dunedin, which transports food from local businesses to those in need.

Born in Bergen, Norway, Liz grew up in Marshfield, Mass., moved to Derry, N.H., for a time, then came to the Charlotte-Sarasota area in 1984. She already had a half-dozen years of banking experience, having entered the industry in 1978.
She served in a variety of positions, including 14 years as a Branch Manager (1984-98). She then worked as a Mortgage Banker and Branch Manager for a Southwest Florida mortgage company prior to joining Englewood Bank & Trust as a Residential Lender in 2009.

After working as a real estate agent in Wisconsin for two years in the mid-1980s, Terese discovered that her passion was working closely with buyers in need of financing. Thus began her career in residential lending. She served as Senior Mortgage Originator at a community bank in that state from 1986 through 2013, during which time she originated a wide variety of mortgage loans for new and repeat customers.
Terese studied real estate law to enhance her knowledge of the industry. She worked closely with branch associates and hosted workshops and Continuing Education classes for local real estate brokers and sales agents.

Ryan joined Crews Banking Corporation as a Credit Analyst in May of 2018. He filled that position until January 2020, when he transitioned to Loan Operations at Wauchula State Bank, sister to Englewood Bank & Trust, and worked as a Loan Processor and trained with Quality Control specialists. He completed his requirements for the American Bankers Association Certificate in Business and Commercial Lending on May 15, 2020, and shortly thereafter was promoted to Commercial Banker. He enjoys helping area businesses design custom solutions for each company’s specific needs.

Kristina joined the bank in 2005, bringing 17 years of general merchandising, service management and training experience from her home state of Vermont. She earned an American Institute of General Banking degree 2010.
Watts assists the bank’s business customers with a variety of financial solutions, ranging from small business loans and commercial real estate loans, to merchant services and convenience banking. She has volunteered with two Chamber tarpon fishing tournaments – the World’s Richest Tarpon Tournament and the Ladies Day Tarpon Tournament. Her team won the latter event in 2019.

Brittney Seymour

Prior to joining Trust and Investment Management Services, acquired a wealth of banking and financial experience in a variety of positions involving operations, investment management, and retail and customer service.
As an Investment Account Officer, Brittney assists in managing individual investment holdings of clients. She works with the Investment Management Team to monitor market conditions, identify objectives, preferences and circumstances to develop specific investment policies for investors. Brittney provides oversight and monitors managed model portfolios to reflect significant change in any or all relevant variables as well as assisting in business development activities.
Brittney has an Associate Degree in Business from the University of Central Florida, specializing in Accounting and Finance. When Shirley joined Englewood Bank & Trust in 2019, she brought 25 years of experience in Trust and Finance to her new role as a Vice President and Trust Officer. She began her career as a probate paralegal for a prominent Sarasota, Fla., Law firm, then served as a Personal Trust Specialist a Trust Officer for a pair of major financial institutions.

Former Treasury Analyst for Sarasota County Chris Eckstrom, MBA, joined Crews Banking Corp. in early 2021 as a portfolio manager in the Trust and Investment Management Services division, serving clients at both Englewood Bank & Trust and Crews Bank & Trust. In addition to his work for the county, Chris is an accomplished financial leader and investment manager.

Originally from Jamestown, N.Y., Chris spent 13 years in Charlotte, N.C., before moving to Florida in 2007. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a concentration on finance and accounting, at St. Bonaventure University in New York, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautics, with a concentration on management, at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla.
Chris began his career in North Carolina, serving as a vice president and senior fixed income portfolio manager for a major financial institution. Over the years, he demonstrated an expertise in asset management of tax-exempt and taxable securities for institutional and high net worth clients.
Chris and his family reside in Lakewood Ranch near Sarasota. His wife works for TTIA, a Fortune 100 financial organization serving people in academic, government, medical, cultural and other nonprofit fields. Their youngest daughter attends Lakewood Ranch High School and a dedicated volleyball player. Their oldest daughter is a student at the school of fine arts at the University of Florida.
