About Our Cape Haze/Rotonda Branch
Our branch opened in 1993 on the Cape Haze Peninsula, which includes the communities of Rotonda West, Cape Haze, Placida, and Palm Island. The area features a cornucopia of golf courses, exotic birds, wildlife, fishing, and boating opportunities, as well as the recreation of Don Pedro Island State Park, Wildflower Preserve, and the Cape Haze Pioneer Trail.

Gwen Gadd

Gwen was named Assistant Vice President and Retail and Business Banking Officer of the Bank’s Cape Haze office in 2022. A Pittsburgh native, Gwen began her banking career in 1993 on a military base while accompanying her husband, a staff sergeant in the U.S. Army, to Germany. She later became a loan officer in a lending firm and served as an office manager at a financial planning firm in North Carolina. She also has accounting, insurance and Retail and Business Banking management experience.
Originally joining the Bank as a teller specialist in 2016, Gwen was quickly promoted to personal banker. In 2017, she transferred to the Englewood branch, where she held the position of retail operations manager.
When not at the office, Gwen enjoys going to the Rotonda West American Legion and VFW to listen to the adventures of those who served in the military. She and her husband enjoy bowling and spending time at the beach.
