Online and Mobile Banking

Downloading the Mobile Banking App:

If you are an iPhone or Android user, go to the App Store or Google Play and search for EBT Bank Go to download the Mobile Banking application. Or, for your convenience, you can click on the respective icon below to quickly locate the app.

Here are some steps you might need to take: 

  • Log in to Online Banking with your temporary password.*
  • Delete existing Mobile Banking App.
  • Download new Mobile Banking "EBT Bank Go" App in Google Play or the App Store.
  • Re-enroll Ebills in autopay.
  • Complete the deactivate / reactivate of your Online Banking connection in Quicken, QuickBooks or Mint. Need help?
  • Reschedule one-time or recurring external transfers to/from linked external checking and savings accounts.
  • Re-link account connections to your enhanced online banking using our OneView account aggregating feature
  • Beginning April 11, ACH origination requires pre-funding.

Important information about our updated system: 

  • The new statement cycle begins Saturday, April 30.
  • 12 months of Bill Pay history will be available from our legacy system.
  • Online Statement history will be available mid-May.

Logging in for the first time

You will use your account number and your social security number and a one-time passcode that you can receive either via SMS text message or email. If you do not have a social security number, please contact us for assistance when logging in the first time.
